The Lincoln Continental Mark V is a personal luxury coupe that was marketed by the Lincoln division of Ford Motor Company from 1977 to 1979 in North America following the success of the Continental mark IV. The Mark V was derived from the same chassis architecture (shared with the Ford Thunderbird) with an extensive update to the interior and exterior. The sharply creased body introduced an exterior design theme that was used on many Lincoln vehicles throughout the 1980's.

For 1980, the Continental Mark V was replaced with the Mark VI. Based on the Ford Panther platform introduced for the 1979 model year, the downsized Mark VI saw significant reductions in the exterior dimensions in the interests of economy.

All Continental Mark V's were assembled at the now closed Wixom Assembly plant in Wixom Michigan, alongside the standard Lincoln Continental, Town car and Town Coupe.

This very low mileage Continental Mark V example is described by the vendor as being in excellent condition, but with a slight dent in the rear bumper. The car is said to run like a dream and is in fact like a new car, the interior still smells like new. The engine has been rebuilt professionally as the seals had deteriorated during its long term storage and full details of this are with the cars paperwork. The mileage is said to be genuine and is also confirmed by the cars paperwork.
